What should I know before my first visit?

What are your health goals? Be prepared to discuss your medical history, what your current health goals are, and if this will be a good fit for your lifestyle.

How long do video visits take?

As quick as 15 minutes, but up to 1 hour as needed

Do you offer monthly memberships?

Annual memberships are preferred. However, a monthly fee option will be considered on an individual basis, and for local patients.

Do you take insurance?

While insurance cannot be used to pay for your membership, it can be used for retail prescriptions and lab services. Certain medications will not be covered. Your HSA may cover some of your costs.

What is your cancellation policy?

If appointments are canceled in less than 24 hours prior to your visit, a $50 fee will be incurred.
